Returns, Refunds & exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase;
1. Fill out return request form.
2. Try to work with your customer representative to solve your issue.
3. Repack and shipped back (Bhutan Shop recommands that you insure your
shippment). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to
Bhutan Shop.
4. Once your package has been received back to Bhutan shop, you will receive
credit on the full item price ( minus initail shipping and handling & restocking
fees of 15% from price of the item).
5. All returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations must be made within 30
days of purchase date. Please, call us immediately if you receive your shippment
damaged.
Current shipping rates
Shipping for the USA and its territories
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, via UPS Ground unless otherwise
requested. Please include a street address for the UPS delivery. Additional
shipping will be charged for orders being shipped outside of this area and/or for
express service. Please call for costs. there may be a delay in delivery when
requesting shipping via USPS. This includes deliveries to AK, HI, PO, APO and
FPO boxes.
Canadian and International Orders
Canadian and International countries orders must be pre-paid by credit card in
US dollars. Please add $5 to the standard shipping rate. Customs charges and
other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Express Shipping
Express orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m, , to ship on the same day. Additional
rates apply. Please, call us to confirm availability.
Multiple Deliveries
If you would like deliveries to multiple addresses, please complete a seperate
order per individual shipping address. Shipping charges apply to each order.
Merchandise Availability
In Bhutan Shop all the weavings are a one of a kind and there is no second
pieces in exact design or sizes. We do have some small items such as bags,
baskets, paintings, wooden bowls and table runners.
Product Variation
Due to the hand-made nature of the products shown, some items may vary in
color and size from the depicted image.
Mailing List and Privacy
From time to time we exchange our mailing lists with other like-minded
companies that we believe you may find interesting. If you do not want this
information shared, please check the box provided on your account page or let
our customer service representative know at the time of placing a phone order.
We will never exchange telephone numbers or e-mail addresses.
